Our video has been accepted MyTV20’s #DetroitSings talent competition! Leann & I are posting a Christmas cover song each week until Dec 25th. Last week, we posted our first cover, “Christmas Everyday,” by Smokey Robinson. On a whim, I entered it in channel MyTV20s Detroit Sings contest, and they liked it! There are 16 acts in metro-Detroit competing for the grand prize and we are one of them!
IT’S TIME TO VOTE! You told us to enter and now, it’s up to you! The first round of voting will be Saturday, December 8th-13th. We’ll post a link through Facebook & Twitter to log on to TV20detroit.com-but you gotta to the voting!
After each voting period, votes will be tallied and performances will advance through the bracket. The video must get new votes each week to keep it in the competition. Votes do not carry over. There is no limit to the amount of times you can vote!
Help us get “Christmas Everyday” through to the finals! Tell your friends, family, and church or school members (or anyone you know!) to log on to TV20detroit.com and vote.
The winning musician will receive a $1000 grand prize and a feature on a MyTV20 commercial!
